2. Free Template Usage License
EasyDocMaker grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use all templates on this website to generate, customize, download, and distribute personal resumes, cover letters, party invitations, engagement celebrations, marriage biodata, business cards, baby shower and housewarming cards. You may print, email, or share your generated PDFs and images for personal and legitimate professional purposes without paying royalty fees.
You may not redistribute, resell, or sub-license EasyDocMaker's underlying source code, design system components, or raw template registries as a competing template pack or standalone template repository.
3. Document Ownership & User Responsibility
You retain 100% full ownership and copyright of any text, qualifications, personal contact information, milestone descriptions, and photographs you input into EasyDocMaker.
You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, truthfulness, and legality of all information contained in your documents. EasyDocMaker is not responsible for any inaccuracies, typographical errors, or misinformation entered by users.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use EasyDocMaker to generate fraudulent documents, forged certificates, deceptive credentials, defamatory material, or abusive content. Any attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or perform denial-of-service attacks against our rendering infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
5. Service Availability & Disclaimer of Warranties
EasyDocMaker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 100% uptime and precise rendering fidelity across all supported paper formats, we do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted or completely error-free.
While our resume templates adhere strictly to modern ATS best practices (such as clean single-column structure and selectable text), we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, job offers, or hiring decisions.
