Local Browser Drafts
Drafts remain securely inside your own device's local storage. You control your data at all times.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
EasyDocMaker is designed from the ground up on a strict privacy-first model. We do not collect, profile, sell, or rent your personal data, employment history, academic credentials, or celebration details. You do not need to register an account, sign in with social networks, or submit a payment method to use our templates.
2. Local Storage and Draft Auto-Save
To ensure you don't lose work if your browser window closes or refreshes, form data is temporarily preserved directly in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to other websites. You can clear this saved data anytime by clicking “Reset Form” in the editor or by clearing your browser cache.
3. Server-Side PDF & Image Generation
When you download an A4 or A5 PDF or a 300 DPI high-resolution image, your entered template data is transmitted securely via HTTPS to our stateless Playwright rendering endpoint (/api/pdf/generate or /api/image/generate).
This process executes in-memory inside an isolated, headless Chromium sandbox solely to render your document cleanly. The generated PDF or image buffer is streamed back to your device and all temporary render jobs are immediately discarded from memory. No database logs, permanent disk files, or user profiles are created.
4. Uploaded Photos and Vector Artwork
If you upload a profile photo for a resume or personal picture for an invitation, the image is parsed locally in your browser memory as a Base64 data URI. Photos are not fed into AI training models, computer vision APIs, or remote object storage.
5. Privacy-Friendly Analytics & Performance
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to monitor website health, aggregate traffic counts, and evaluate Core Web Vitals performance. These tools collect privacy-first anonymous aggregate metrics without utilizing invasive advertising cookies.
We never transmit form inputs, document contents, resumes, biodata, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or user-generated text to analytics services.
6. Third-Party Services & External Links
Our templates load standard web fonts (such as Google Fonts via secure CDNs) to ensure consistent typography in exported documents. Invitation templates may also provide optional direct navigation links to Google Maps venues for guest convenience. These external services are governed by their respective privacy terms.
7. User Rights & Inquiries
Because we do not maintain accounts or store your personal documents on our servers, there are no remote user records to delete or export.
